Proline Coaching Academy (PCA) is an elite, performance-driven football academy based in Coventry, delivering professional-standard coaching for ambitious young players aged 9–16. Full job description Assistant Coach – U15 Proline Coaching Academy  is seeking an ambitious  Assistant Coach  to join our  U15  Youth Development Phase and work within our high-performance environment. This role is designed for coaches with aspirations of leading a team, with a clear pathway to  Head Coach  following a successful first season.
