Full job description Job Summary The Shift Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team during designated shifts. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate staff, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. The Shift Leader will oversee all tasks needed to be completed, I.e training sessions , match days , parent subs and pitch management. Duties Supervise and activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficiency. Provide support to new staff, fostering their development in line with company standards. Monitor performance and implement strategies for improvement where necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
