Summary: Reporting to the Technical Director, the Academy Boys Director oversees the competitive experience for all Academy Boys teams, implementing the program vision, leading coach mentorship, and ensuring excellence in team and player development. The Director collaborates with coaches, families, and club leadership, upholding high standards and serves as head coach for at least one Academy team. The Academy Boys program is recognized for its strong track record of player advancement, with recent professional opportunities, numerous college placements at top universities, including Stanford and Georgetown, successful transitions into professional academies (such as D.C. United) and US Soccer camps, and team successes in the most advanced level of national competitions.
