About the Role We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and engaging individuals to deliver fun football-based sessions for children aged 2-6 years old. This is not a traditional football coaching role. While football is the vehicle we use, our primary goal is helping young children develop confidence, social skills, coordination, and a love of being active through imaginative, exciting, and engaging games. The ability to create a fun, positive environment is far more important than football knowledge. Coaching qualifications and session delivery can be taught. The natural ability to make young children laugh, feel comfortable, and want to participate is essential.
