Job Summary
Reporting to Special Advisor, the role of Senior Manager, Human Capital, is responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies to support organization strategic objectives. Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements. Ensuring compliance with Manpower laws and regulations. Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement organization strategies in line with organization objectives
Consolidate manpower planning and budgeting in relation to the organizational requirement and sustainability.
Partner with HODs to review and recommend job descriptions and team structure
