PH1 FC is a purpose-driven women's football collective that supports footballers on their journey through the women's football pyramid in England. It identifies and nurtures emerging talent and provides them with structured development, performance exposure, and career pathways.
Rather than operating a single team in a fixed league, PH1 FC supports a network of players placed across various clubs in the women’s football pyramid (Tiers 2-7), including sides like Portsmouth, Luton Town, Peterborough United and Oxford United, among others. This allows players to compete at appropriate levels while remaining connected to PH1's central support system.
PH1 FC invests heavily in content creation and personal brand building for its players. The “PH1 Matchday” content strand, for example, creates a platform to celebrate player encounters, achievements, and stories, helping them gain visibility and credibility in the wider game.
Whether a player’s goal is to reach Tier 3, earn a scholarship, play internationally, or gain media opportunities, PH1 FC acts as a launchpad. The environment has already helped some players earn moves to higher divisions, break into starting lineups, or gain recognition from scouts and coaches further up the pyramid.
