About Foothills SC

Calgary Foothills Soccer Club is Alberta’s largest youth development soccer club, with over 3,500 players from grassroots to senior men’s and women’s programs. The club holds the province’s best record for national and provincial championships across all levels, and has produced players now competing professionally worldwide, as well as numerous NCAA Division I athletes. Foothills offers in-house video analysis and sports science support, and operates two indoor facilities—including a full-size turf field used by professional teams Cavalry FC and Calgary Wild FC. The club helped found both franchises and continues to operate the youth development pathway for the Calgary Wild. With a vision to change the landscape of Canadian soccer, Calgary Foothills is dedicated to developing excellent players and outstanding people.

Calgary Foothills Soccer Club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Development Phase Manager to lead our U13 to U17 boys and girls programming. This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone who can effectively manage staff and oversee program delivery during a critical stage in player development. C$60,000 - C$75,000 + Bonus Package + Relocation Support + Benefits Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage U13-U17 phase across all Tier 1 to 3 teams, ensuring alignment with club standards and player development goals. Coach one of the club’s top Alberta Player Development League (APDL) teams, with potential for interprovincial and national competition.
