IMPECT is seeking a Client Success Manager based in the UK to ensure the satisfaction, retention, and growth of our UK football clients. This role will focus on delivering outstanding support and strategic guidance to football clubs, leagues and agencies using IMPECT’s advanced data analytics solutions. You will be the main point of contact post-sale, ensuring our clients maximise the value of our products and deepen their engagement with data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding: Lead the successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring a quick time-to-value with IMPECT products.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across football clubs and related organisations.
Support & Training: Deliver expert guidance, training sessions, and ongoing support tailored to each client's objectives and level of data fluency.
