Job Title: Under-23’s Team Manager Location: Rugby Borough Women FC (Nationwide Windows Arena) Reports to: Head of Pathway Contract Type: Paid Hourly Training Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00–9:30 PM Match Day: Sundays Role Purpose: To lead, coach, and manage the Rugby Borough U23’s Squad, providing a structured  pathway for young adult players progressing from youth to senior football. The manager  will be responsible for player development, match preparation, and fostering a  professional and supportive team culture.
