Role Summary This position is for a driven individual who is enthusiastic, hardworking and possesses the skillset to support our academy environment.  Reporting into our Head of Academy Recruitment the successful applicant will be responsible for identifying and recruitment of players across the player performance pathway. Key Job Outcomes • Undertake Scouting Assignments as agreed with Head of Academy Recruitment • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Scout local grassroots fixtures • Identify players of a suitable level to potentially join Forest Green Rovers’s Academy system • Build up knowledge of the best players in own local area and present findings to Head of Academy Recruitment Person Specification Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience Required Desirable FA Talent ID Level 1 Full UK Driving Licence A ‘people person’ with good interpersonal and communication skills
