Keuka College

Keuka College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Coach to lead and manage our Women’s Soccer program. The Head Coach will be responsible for all aspects of the program, including recruiting, eligibility management, game and practice planning, budget oversight, scheduling, and travel coordination. The role also involves supervising assistant coaches, ensuring compliance with all NCAA, conferences, and college regulations, and fostering a positive and competitive team culture. Additional responsibilities include promoting the sport, fundraising, engaging with alumni, and providing leadership and mentorship to student-athletes and staff. The Head Coach will play a key role in ensuring that the Soccer program enhances the reputation of Keuka College both on and off the field.
