Overall Purpose The Football Coach is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of an effective football coaching programme, working with players across the 13 – 18 age range (Shells to U6th). The Football Coach will potentially have responsibility for leading boys and/or girls teams, as well as assisting the development of players of all ages and standards, continuing to drive forward Canford’s school football provision. Duties Coaching Canford’s teams and players throughout the season (across two terms) Help support and develop the other Football staff, to ensure quality delivery throughout the Canford Football pathway – and potentially refereeing matches.
