Job Overview The Head Athletic Trainer will manage the day-to-day sports medicine operations for the NWSL Team. In this capacity, the Head Athletic Trainer will provide injury prevention strategies, and evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate Players’ medical problems. This person will work under the direction and supervision of the Director of Medical. The Head Athletic Trainer will work closely with the Director of Medical, Head Coach, and General Manager and communicate daily as needed. The Head Athletic Trainer will work year-round and attend all training, scrimmages, as well as Home and Away Games. Guest Service Associates (GSAs) will work with the Operations Department on match days to assist with establishing and maintaining a superior level of customer satisfaction for Chicago Stars FC fans and attendees. This is an hourly, paid position where associates are required to work at least 9 Chicago Stars FC home matches at SeatGeek Stadium. Responsibilities: Welcome fans, provide directions, and distribute promotional items as fans enter the gates. Enhance the positive journey for fans by answering questions and ensuring any customer service issue is addressed in a prompt and friendly manner. Assist with pre-match check-in for special fan experiences and activities. Ensure a safe environment for fans by reporting any potential safety hazards.
