Woking FC Women are looking for talented, dedicated and enthusiastic players to help strengthen both of their sides. The First Team compete in the Southern Region Women's Football League (Tier 6). The Development Team are still seeking a league placement but will likely compete in Tier 8 or 7. Relevant playing experience is desirable but the trials are open to any ability. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the delivering specialised goalkeeper training. providing reports on goalkeepers and assisting with any other coaches management may require. Whether you are a newly qualified coach who is looking to gain experience or a seasoned veteran looking to lend a helping hand, we want to hear from you! Start date: Pre-Season 2025/26 Salary: Volunteer Reporting to: First Team Managers and Club CEO Woking FC Women are looking for an enthusiastic and committed coach/manager to take charge of our newly proposed and reformed Development Team. The Development Team will serve as a bridge between our Youth Academy sides and the First Team whilst also fostering players who aren't quite ready for the First Team yet. The ideal candidate will work closely with the First Team staff to ensure a matched style of football is played throughout the club whilst also providing reports and updates on players who are ready to make the move up. Matches will be played on Sunday with the home ground being located in Woking, Surrey. We are looking to run 2 training sessions a week with the first being on Wednesday (20:00-21:30) in Woking and the second being proposed to run on a Friday at the same time. We are looking for someone who is wanting to gain experience in the social media world and all work will be credited to the individual.  Training takes place on a Wednesday evening (20:00-21:30) in Woking, Surrey, with a second session being proposed to take place on a Friday evening also in Woking, Surrey.
