Head Men’s Soccer Coach University of South Carolina Upstate STA00898PO24 Spartanburg, SC The Men’s Soccer Head Coach is responsible for the overall administration and success of the Men’s Soccer Program. The primary purpose is to recruit student-athletes, schedule opponents, organize conditioning, plan practices and administer team rules and regulations for the Men’s Soccer program. Teaching student athletes the various skills, techniques and knowledge required of soccer to include requirements for NCAA Division I soccer. Mentor student athletes on values of teamwork and sportsmanship and rules and policies for the team. Educate student athletes and assistant coach on field maintenance, upkeep of equipment. Recruiting- This function serves as the primary means to establish a competitive team.
