Job Description The Opportunity Casual Ballerz is a community-driven football organisation competing in Step 8 of the non-league pyramid for the first year, with the mission of helping young players from underserved communities unlock their potential — both in football and in life. We are looking for a Technical Director of Football to be a bridge between the head coach, players, and wider organisation, upholding our high standards in training, matchday performance, and culture while our Director is based in the US.
