As part of the central operations team, this role will provide essential administrative support across the PLCF team to assist the organisation in meeting its charitable aims and objectives. The role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to multi-task and establish excellent relationships with a variety of stakeholders.  Your main responsibilities will be to provide administrative support to the team by supporting on projects, arranging and taking minutes at meetings, coordinating travel and accommodation, processing invoices and expenses, managing organisation mailboxes and calendars and coordinating team events. In addition to this, you will support with grant administration for the charity, assisting programme leads and the network of Club Community Organisations (CCOs) that the PLCF funds, by creating and issuing grant documentation, updating the grant management system (currently FLUXX), providing troubleshooting support for...
