The Royal Navy Football Association was was founded in 1904 and was registered as a charity in its current legal form on 17 December 2015.  The Charity was previously an unincorporated association but changed its legal form to a Charity Incorporated Organisation (CIO). 

Our goal is to grow participation, promote diversity and regulate the game for everyone to enjoy. 

MISSION STATEMENT

To develop grassroots football in the Royal Navy, ensuring opportunities of participation exist for everyone without discrimination.

OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES

The object of the CIO is to promote the physical efficiency of members of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines through the provision of administrative and financial support and facilities to enable past and present members of all ranks of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines and their dependents to participate in sport. on, whilst promoting Defence Diplomacy and International Relations worldwide.

An exciting opportunity has arisen, as the Royal Navy FA begins the search for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation.  We are seeking to recruit an inspiring, dynamic, and motivated leader as our new Chief Executive Officer. The Royal Navy FA (RNFA) is responsible for providing the structure and support that enables players, coaches, volunteers, and referees from across the service to develop and enjoy the beautiful game.
