The Role:
This is very exciting, newly created role in the Football Association of Ireland, where you will play a key role in shaping the culture and people strategy, partnering closely with the business and developing effective relationships with people managers and business leader. In addition you will lead on all L&D training and initiatives, including design, procurement, delivery and full administration of the L&D function. You'll work with various departments to develop the knowledge of the training needs to help shaping the learning & development culture in the organisation.
