Boston United Community Foundation is one of the top sports community coaching programmes in the Lincolnshire area, delivering safe and affordable sports and activities planned to bring together all members of the community, regardless of their circumstances.

We are passionate about what we do, which is to deliver a diverse range of sports, activities and initiatives throughout Lincolnshire. Every month, we engage with thousands of children and adults, giving them the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports and projects.

ROLE PURPOSE The Head of Football Development oversees all Football Development Department operations at Boston United FC up to Under 19 level, including the Academy, Elite teams, and all participation and grassroots programmes (male and female).
