Reporting to First Team Manager Safeguarding Provide assistance with any safeguarding concerns and investigations within the Women’s section. Ensure that all Safeguarding Standards, as defined by the FAWNL are met or exceeded. Support players in ongoing management of concerns, including the reporting of such concerns, using the appropriate channels. Observe practice of colleagues when engaging with children, young people and vulnerable groups and act and record this appropriately. Attend training, meetings, networking events and CPD, as required. Player Care Assist with the Player Care provision in the women’s section, ensuring that all Player Care Standards, as defined by the FAWNL are met or exceeded. Provide support and guidance to Players in relation to their mental health and emotional wellbeing. Maintain working relationships with external partners to include FAWNL. Assist with the Inductions, Exits and Transitions of players, in adherence to the strategy....

The Glassgirls play in the FA Women's National League Northern Premier Division - tier three of the Women's Football pyramid - in 2024-25, having won a third consecutive promotion as champions of the FAWNL Division 1 Midlands for 2022-23. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Report to 1st Team Manager Design and deliver high quality training sessions in line with the clubs coaching philosophy. Liaise with players and coaches in preparation for upcoming fixtures, tailoring training sessions to suit. Attend all Training Sessions and Fixtures relating to allocated squad. Deliver high quality technical sessions to enhance performance. Liaise with Reserves and Development Team Manager regarding appropriate player transitions between teams. To assist in developing and delivering regular player reviews for all allocated players.   PERSONAL QUALITIES Innovative, considerate and with good inter personal skills..
