Position Summary:
The Accounting Analyst will play a key role in supporting the finance function by ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position involves reviewing and posting accounting entries, managing the monthly close process, and assisting with audits and ad hoc financial projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review and post Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) entries. • Review and post bank entries and journal entries accurately and timely. • Review and export invoices from Sage APA to Sage 300.
• Maintain and ensure the general ledger and sub-ledgers reconcile for key accounts, including: Banks, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Deferred Revenue, Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Liabilities • Manage and ensure timely completion of the monthly financial close process. • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements,...
