POSITION SUMMARY
The Performance Analyst is responsible for analyzing recruitment footage as well as recording and analyzing video footage of first team training sessions and matches. This role will collaborate closely with the video analysis staff, first team coaching, and technical staff to further performance results on and off the field and report to the Sporting Director.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Use ACFC role profiles to conduct in-depth player evaluations using data-driven metrics, video analysis, and live scouting to assess technical, tactical, & physical attributes.
