Position Description: The Girls Director of Football & Academy Director position at The St. James Football Club (TSJFC) is a Full Time position that will report directly to the Director of Soccer/ Technical Director.  The Girls Director of Football & Academy Director will be responsible for all day to day soccer operations, program management, staff management, budget management and methodology/ curriculum development and management over the Girls Football side of the club in conjunction with the senior technical staff.  The TSJFC Girls Academy consists of 6 teams that participate in the Girls Academy League and has consistently been a high performer regionally and nationally having won and reached multiple National Championships as members of The Girls Academy.  Additionally, TSJFC Girls Academy players have also been identified and invited to numerous USYNT ID Centers and National Camps as well as full team appearances.  TSJFCV has consistently...
