About The Role   ROLE DESCRIPTION: To strengthen and further develop our youth development staff, we are looking to recruit a Head of Academy Coaching & Coach Development, who ideally will have previous experience in a similar role. The role will be full-time, covering all academy activity, including but not limited to training, fixtures, and off field commitments. The post holder will lead the delivery and development of our Academy Coaching Programme. The successful candidate will be a UEFA A License holder, as well as a graduate of The FA Advanced Youth Award.
