DESCRIPTION OF JOB: The Head Women's Soccer Coach is responsible for leading all aspects of the NCAA Division III Women's Soccer program, including the recruitment and retention of qualified student-athletes, coaching, student-athlete development, budget management, alumni and community engagement, and compliance with NCAA, Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC), and institutional policies. The Head Coach is expected to foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team culture that supports the mission of Edgewood University Athletics while emphasizing academic achievement, personal growth, leadership, and competitive excellence.
