Lightwater United FC are looking for an ambitious, driven and forward-thinking Assistant Manager to join our First Team management staff for the new season.
This isn't a role where you'll simply put cones out, collect footballs and stand alongside the manager on a Saturday.
What will you actually do?
Working closely alongside the First Team Manager, you'll be involved across the football programme, including:
Planning and delivering first-team training
Providing tactical input and opposition analysis
Helping shape match plans
