The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Club Shop as well as helping to drive commercial revenue while delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the club Commercial and Hospitality departments, while delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting into the Business Development Officer, this is a role with a varied remit and numerous touchpoints across the club, the fanbase and the community of York.
