Full job description Role Purpose To support the department in delivering a high quality service to all customers. This role requires a high level of energy and communication to deliver high levels of service effectively and efficiently to our guests. Main areas of responsibility Set up meeting and event rooms prior to the guest arrival in accordance with departmental specifications and guest requirements.
