Job Description: We’re seeking an enthusiastic and reliable football coach to lead our brand-new girls team , representing Harlow Tekkers FC in the Essex County Girls League , starting September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the development of young players while being part of a supportive coaching environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead weekly training sessions with energy and creativity
Manage the team during Saturday morning fixtures
Liaise with opposition coaches to coordinate match details
Create and review individual player development plans
Promote a positive and inclusive team culture
