NJ/NY Gotham FC (“Gotham FC” or “the Club”) is a National Women’s Soccer League (“NWSL”) team representing New Jersey and New York. The team plays at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ.
The Role:
Gotham FC is seeking an Assistant General Manager position, under the supervision of the General Manager. This staff member will work closely with the General Manager and Head Coach to accomplish team, sporting, and business objectives. This position involves the ability to maintain a schedule in line with a sports team, including weekends and nights.
Key Responsibilities:
Support General Manager on club matters, including team makeup, trades and draft, salary cap, and player contracts.
Manage team salary cap and ensure effective management and delivery of player contractual obligations.
Negotiate contracts with player representation and ensure their fulfillment.
