Full job description
LCR Sports is a football coaching company dedicated to developing players aged 5-14 of all abilities. Our goal is to help every child learn new skills, challenge themselves, and raise their game through fun, structured, and professional football sessions.
We’re expanding rapidly and are looking for experienced, confident, and reliable coaches to join our team.
You’ll help lead our football development sessions in:
Gravesend – Mondays (including our new LCR Football Academy , launching March 2026)
You’ll also have opportunities to coach at our half-term football camps in Gravesend .
Role & Responsibilities
Lead high-quality, engaging football sessions for children aged 5-14.
Be a key member of the LCR Sports coaching team, helping deliver our player development programmes.
Support and mentor assistant coaches where required.
