Gloucestershire FA aims to increase participation in grassroots football and to make it inclusive for all. To support this aim, we are looking to recruit a new Director who is committed to the growth of grassroots football and we particularly encourage applications from under-represented groups including women, young people, ethnic minorities and people with disabilities. Role of a Director The Board of Directors directs the business of the Association, determining the vision and strategy, the plans, policies and financial management required to achieve the Association’s aims. As such, individually and collectively, the Directors are accountable to the Council.
