Summary As a key member of San Diego FC’s Recruitment team, the Scout will help shape the future of the Club by identifying exceptional professional and amateur talent from around the world who have the potential to thrive within the Right to Dream ecosystem. Reporting to the Assistant Sporting Director, this role will play an important part in building and executing a global talent identification strategy—connecting San Diego FC to emerging players, markets, clubs, academies, federations and football communities across Right to Dream’s global network. This is a highly connected, football-first role for someone who can see both the player and the person: recognizing talent that aligns not only with our style of play and player profiles, but also with the culture, values and development philosophy that define Right to Dream.
