Full job description Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and passionate football coach to join our coaching team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching one of our youth teams, delivering high-quality training sessions during the week and managing matches at weekends. There may also be opportunities to coach within our player development programme. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging training sessions for players aged 5-14 . Coach and manage a youth team during weekend league fixtures and tournaments. Develop players' technical abilities and tactical understanding. Create a positive, enjoyable and challenging learning environment. Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential. Build positive relationships with players, parents and fellow coaches.
