Full job description We are looking for an experienced Senior Coach to join our team for weekly sessions at our Eastbourne Academy. In this role, you will work as part of a coaching team, leading practices and small-sided games with groups of up to 20 players. We Make Footballers is a professional football coaching company welcoming players of all abilities aged 4–12. Our goal is to help every player become the best they can be through individual development and mastering the football fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have experience in grassroots or commercial football coaching, strong child behaviour management skills, and a recognised coaching qualification (FA Level 1 or local equivalent). A First Aid qualification is also desirable.
