Position Summary:
This position is responsible for being a point of contact for Colorado Rapids season ticket members and will have a significant role in growing the membership base. The primary responsibilities include developing meaningful client relationships and providing exceptional customer service, with the primary focus on renewing annual memberships. This position will have additional responsibilities focused on generating new business revenue through the sale of membership packages, premium seating, and group tickets.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Provide high-end level of service to existing & new season ticket accounts
Generate new ticket sales revenue by focusing on current Colorado Rapids season tickets holders through referrals and client development
