Full job description Job Overview Ferdinand Coaches are responsible for delivering high-quality, professional training sessions to players within the Ferdinand Collective Academy, Hubs and Schools. They support the holistic development of players by nurturing their technical, tactical, physical, and personal growth. The role requires a commitment to the Collective’s mission of  “Empowering the player, Building the person,”  and a focus on creating pathways for young talent to progress into professional football, education, or employment opportunities.
