Full job description Supporting sessions for children 18 months to 8 years Our Assistant Coaches are a big part of what makes every Little Kickers session so fun and welcoming. Working alongside our Lead Coaches, providing encouragement, and plenty of smiles on the pitch. They play a key role in supporting the sessions, helping children take part in activities, build confidence, and enjoy every moment of their football journey. From cheering on first kicks to guiding children through games and drills, our Team Coaches ensure every child feels supported and included. Our Team Coaches also help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, assisting with venue readiness and class support so sessions stay fun, safe, and well organised.
