AFC Bournemouth Women are looking to recruit a Medical and Performance Manager to coordinate the effective delivery of Medical & Performance services across the First Team and Development Squad. Reporting to both the Director of Medical and Performance and Head of Women’s Football, this role acts as a central point of co-ordination between medical, rehabilitation, physical performance and wider player-support practitioners, helping ensure clear communication, effective processes and consistent standards across the programme.
