SUMMARY The Women’s Soccer Assistant Coach at Gardner-Webb University is responsible for the assistance of administration, supervision and management of his or her intercollegiate sport within the parameters of the rules and regulations of Gardner-Webb University.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the development and implementation of intercollegiate program at direction of Head Coach
Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of a successful recruitment program of prospective student-athletes.
Responsible for facilitating an atmosphere conducive to the continued academic and the athletic success of student-athletes, and for monitoring the academic programs of team members.
May be requested to represent Gardner-Webb University before various groups, including media and alumni.
Required to attend staff and individual meetings with the Head Coach.
