Wiltshire FA is seeking an experienced Club Consultant with specialist expertise in Community engagement to support England Football Accredited clubs in becoming Thriving Community Clubs.
Reporting to the Club Development Lead, you’ll help England Football Accredited Clubs become Thriving Community Clubs through the national Grassroots Football Strategy.
You’ll lead Club Development Reviews and work with clubs to identify priorities, shape development plans and support progress across the Better Everywhere framework: • Leadership and Governance • Coaches and Volunteers • Facilities • Player Opportunities • Community Engagement
We’re particularly interested in consultants who have experience helping volunteer-led organisations grow. This includes developing volunteer workforces, building partnerships, strengthening engagement with members and local organisations, and helping clubs demonstrate their value within their communities.
