About the coaching pathway Bloomsbury Football Foundation is on a mission to transform lives through the magic of football. Bloomsbury’s Women’s Coaching Pathway is built on the belief that every girl and woman in football deserves the chance to see herself reflected in a role model. This programme exists build a real route from loving the game to making an impact in the local community at grassroots level.
Community coaching is at the centre of everything we do. To us, a coach is a trusted adult, someone their players can rely on, helping them reach their full potential. This pathway has been created to ensure the cohort of women leave feeling confident to coach any child, regardless of their ability or background.
Kicking off at the beginning of 2027, this one-of-a-kind programme delivers a mix of on-pitch and off-pitch learning, bringing coaches together with a trailblazing group of coach developers who’ve shaped the game themselves.
