Job Opportunity: Dragon Academy Football Coach ⚽
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable coaches to join the Dragon Academy team!
Locations & Times
Bridgend Academy – Tuesday evenings (2 hours)
RCT Academy – Monday evenings (2 hours)
You can commit to one location/group or take on Both sessions .
Pay: £15 per hour
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver fun, structured football sessions to young players (ages 2–13 depending on group).
Create a positive, supportive environment that helps every player develop.
Work alongside Dragon Academy’s development pathway and progression system.
Communicate effectively with players and parents.
Be punctual, professional, and reliable.
Requirements:
Previous coaching experience.
Enthusiasm, energy, and passion for working with young players.
