The club "Academia Alemana de Fútbol Popayán AAFP", founded by two Germans in 2017, is seeking a dedicated young coach for the short/medium term. Our U17 and U15 teams compete in the top league, against all professional teams. We recruit highly talented players from all over Colombia and train them for several years in Popayán (capital of the Cauca Department), following European standards (GPS, athletic training, Veo video analysis, etc.) with a modern game philosophy. Our goal is to enable the players to transition to the European level. With Luis Vasquez (2003/Red Bull Salzburg), Carlos Ocoro (2004/Al Jazira), Oscar Benitez (2004/Red Bull Bragantino), and Juan Gutierrez (2005/Red Bull New York), four players have already made this leap. Our evident affinity for Red Bull strengthens our actions. Some players have qualified for the Colombian U-National teams, and several players who leave our academy at the age of 18 are playing in the local 1st and 2nd leagues.
