Organization's Summary Statement : The Assistant Coach will assist the head coach with the organization, development, and implementation of a nationally competitive NCAA Division I women’s soccer program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with scouting, recruiting, coaching, practice and game scheduling; developing and maintaining effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, alumni, media, and the general public; knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all NCAA, Big Ten and University rules and regulations as well as dedication to full academic development of student-athletes; and performing other related duties as assigned.
