The Director of Ticketing will be responsible for promoting and selling all ticketing inventory, including season tickets, flex plans, premium seating, and group tickets by leading our team of Account Executives. The Ticket Operations Coordinator is responsible for multiple aspects of ticket services, including ticket revenue received and control of ticket inventory. Reporting to the Member Services Manager, this position acts as the key liaison between the Ticket Sales team and the Box Office. They will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service possible for all internal and external customers.
