About The Role   Responsible for coaching and developing players with Northampton Town FC’s Academy in a selected age group within the Foundation Phase (FDP U6-U12). The post-holder is deemed to be a current / aspiring age specific specialist who ensures the best possible learning environment for young players.  The post holder must be committed and available for FDP sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evening 5-7pm and some Saturday mornings 9-11am, although some flexibility may be required when additional fixtures arise. Matchdays are usually Sundays, but not exclusive to, and KO’s are usually between 10:00am and 12pm for home and away games.
