Overview
The Senior Analyst, Total Rewards will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration activities pertaining to the Company’s Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits and Wellness) programs as well as responsible for analyzing data, conducting employee pay market reviews, crafting strategic compensation & benefit plans, and collaborating closely with the HR team.
Responsibilities
Conduct various market pricing analyses to ensure employee pay and benefits are competitive aligned to the external market
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners when evaluating compensation and offers for open roles
Assist with overall project management of salary review processes across all Departments
Review and propose the most appropriate job measurement mechanisms to underpin the reward infrastructure
