We’re looking for an individual to join our club as a Kit Manager. In this role, you will manage and oversee the kits department on match days You will manage the kit department which will involve: Ensuring all kit stores are kept clean and tidy Quality control on all garments. Monitoring stock levels of all kit and equipment. Managing kit and equipment for all matches and training camps and tours for all ages up to U23. Ensuring that where appropriate the dressing room is prepared ahead of fixtures – both home and away. Liaising with club secretary regarding kit colours, timings, rules, and other relevant information. This is volunteer role with 4-6 hours needed every two weeks in average on the match day.

Barnes FC is searching for a volunteer for 4 hours of work each two weeks from August through the entire season (4 friendlies, 11 league games and few cup games).  Match day coordinator will be responsible for making sure all is running fluently on the match day, to meet away team and referees, to make sure all details are agreed with pitch provider (available changing room and other facilities) and hospitality is properly organized to sponsors and visitors, including visible advertisement on site. Ideally south west or west London based and desired skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Have a flexible attitude to work. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Have a polite and courteous manner. Be organised, have good time management skills. Ability to liaise with coaches, management and other football related individuals in a professional manner. Our  official home matches at Quintin Hogg River Pitches W4.
